We hope you love your purchase but if for any reason you are unhappy with it, you may return new and unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Only products purchased from www.kylaskincare.com.au will be accepted for return. Items must be returned in their original condition. No refund can be issued for products that have been used, tampered with, or opened.

KYLA will refund the purchase cost of the items(s) minus shipping and handling changes. The customer is responsible for any delivery charges on returned goods unless the item(s) are faulty or damaged on arrival.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

All products are checked for quality before dispatch, and while we try our best to ensure that all products are delivered to you in perfect condition, if the item(s) are damaged in transit, please contact customerservice@kylaskincare.com.au prior to making the return. Please attach photos of the damage.

Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To initiate a return, simply email us at customerservice@kylaskincare.com.au. All you'll need is your order number and the email used when the order was placed, and our team will reply with detailed instructions on how to return your item for a refund.
